A global boutique executive coaching transformation office in the USA and Oman, InnerCor Global LLC provides transformational change solutions—at both micro and macro levels—by co-designing and delivering personal and leadership retreats, providing individual and group coaching to a range of clients: executives, leaders, new leaders, leaders-in-transition, emerging leaders, and intact teams, facilitating focus groups, bringing intercultural tools to Bridging the Cultural Divide, leading the sought-after intensive “Leader as Coach: Ask More; Tell Less” program to mid- and senior leaders across the GCC, and coaching F2F and virtual groups through our customised 6-month Mental Fitness/Growth Mindset Program (hybrid model with “coach-in-a-box” 1:1, group, and team coaching) to audiences across the globe.
