Ahmed, based in Muscat, is InnerCor Global’s Learning and Development Consultant, recently trained professional coach, and engaging facilitator!
Ahmed has been selected among the best trainers in Oman to be part of the Royal Academy of Management leadership trainers! He is currently completing the Train-the-Trainer for the National Programme for Developing Leaders and Future Foresight. This program is one of the very first programs executed by the Royal Academy in collaboration with Eller Executive Education at Arizona State University and where he receive his initial ICF-approved 60 hours of coach training, along his journey to become a certified and credentialed coach!
Prior to this esteem selection, and because he is a former Fulbright Scholar from Michigan State University (MSU) in 2014, Ahmed has designed & delivered Arabic and English lessons to busy executives throughout the GCC, with specific courses related to Omani cultural awareness and understanding to clients from UAE , the USA, Saudi, Bahrain, and Oman.
And in support of Oman Vision 2040 to develop national capabilities and upskill young leaders, Ahmed has delivered over 100 in-person workshops to more than 500 participants across Oman, and co-created and co-designed on-line learning programs related to self-development, financial literacy, and job skills.
He currently designs workshops and facilitates strategic plans for Youth Development across Oman, aimed at involving the youth in creating long-term strategies that would serve their needs, aligned with OmanVision 2040.
